For items held at our Ubi warehouse, delivery within Singapore is typically 2-4 working days from PO confirmation.
Factory-direct or custom-moulded orders take 6-14 weeks depending on tooling, MOQ and shipping mode. Timelines confirmed in your quotation.
We ship across ASEAN by sea and air freight. Freight terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are agreed on a per-order basis.
Delivery within Singapore is quoted on a per-order basis and depends on order value, weight, cartonisation and delivery location. Complimentary delivery may apply above agreed order thresholds for account customers.
Customers may collect from our warehouse at 33 Ubi Avenue 3, #01-18 Vertex Tower A, Singapore 415875. Please schedule pick-up in advance to ensure your order is staged and ready.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Saturday morning delivery can be arranged in advance for a nominal surcharge.
